Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users in relation to the use of the FinalCheck service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by FinalCheck Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • "Service" refers to the email draft review and track changes function provided by the Company.
  • "User" refers to a person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • "Content" refers to all information and materials provided through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect for all Users who wish to use the Service. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date of notification through announcements.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

  • Email draft review and track changes function
  • Automatic comparison (redline) function
  • Accept/reject changes function
  • Other additional services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Service Fees)

Service fees are determined according to the fee schedule set by the Company and can be confirmed through the Company's website. The Company may change the fees if necessary, and the changed fees will be applied after prior notice.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following actions:

  • Registering false information when applying for or changing service use
  • Stealing another person's information
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service provided by the Company
  • Violating relevant laws and regulations

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall be exempt from liability for providing the Service in cases where the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or similar circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in service use due to reasons attributable to the User.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and disputes between the Company and Users, and lawsuits concerning disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
